Our Secondary school is divided into two stages, Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, each designed to build strong foundations and prepare students for the next steps in their education.
Key Stage 3 (KS3)
KS3 (Years 7 to 9) is where students transition from primary education to a more structured and subject-focused curriculum.
This stage lays the academic foundations they will build on in KS4, while encouraging curiosity, independence and strong study habits.
Students follow a broad programme that includes English, Mathematics, Science, Modern Languages, Humanities, Arts, Technology and Physical Education.
Our approach balances theoretical knowledge with practical learning, creative projects and critical thinking, helping students understand and apply what they learn.
KS3 also gives students the opportunity to develop their language skills, with Spanish, French and German all forming an integral part of the curriculum. Through small classes and close support, each student is guided to discover their strengths and prepare for the IGCSE choices ahead.
Key Stage 4 (KS4)
KS4 (Years 10 and 11) is a key stage where students move from a broad curriculum to a more focused academic path.
Building on the foundations of KS3, learners prepare for their IGCSE exams, gaining internationally recognised qualifications that open doors to further study.
Languages are a major focus at this stage. All students continue with Spanish, French or German. Those aiming to obtain the official Spanish ESO certificate also study Lengua Española, Valenciano and Social Sciences, alongside their IGCSEs, to meet the requirements of the Spanish education system.
Students follow a strong core programme including Mathematics, English and Sciences, complemented by a choice of IGCSE subjects such as Business Studies, History, Drama, Music and Physical Education.
