If you have a passion for Sport and Physical Education this is the course for you;
- To develop theoretical knowledge and understanding of the factors that are essential in physical activity and sport and use this knowledge and understanding to improve performance
- To understand how physiological and psychological states affect performance in physical activity and sport
- To perform effectively in a full range of physical activities by developing skills and techniques and selecting and using tactics, strategiess and/or compositional ideas
- To develop the ability to analyse and evaluate to improve performance in physical activity and sport
- To understand the contribution that physical activity and sport make to health, fitness and well-being
- To understand the key socio-cultural influences that can affect people’s involvement in physical activity and sport
