Summer Holiday Activities - XIC Extra

Summer Fun Weeks

All summer fun weeks take place at XIC Infants site (Partida Portitxol 76, 03738)

Open to Children from ages 2-12 (School Years Pre Foundation – Year 7)

9am-2pm every day

Week 1 – Monday June 27th – Friday 1st July

Week 2 – Monday July 4th – Friday July 8th

Week 3 – Monday July 11th – Friday July 15th

Week 4 – Monday July 18th – Friday July 22nd

Cost per child (weekly bookings only)
One week 150€, Two weeks 280€,
Three weeks 400€, Four weeks 500€

Activities will include arts and crafts, music, sports and games activities, computers, reading, cookery, swimming and lots of fun!

Children need to bring drinks, snacks, lunch, a cap, suncream, a swimming costume and towel.

Football & Volleyball Summer Camps

All of the sessions detailed below take place at the new XIC Secondary site

⚽️FOOTBALL SUMMER CAMP⚽️

Open to School Years 6/7/8/9/10, ages 10-15.

Monday to Friday at XIC Secondary school.

Monday 4th July – Friday 8th July.

9am – midday.

Cost for the football summer camp week is 100€

Children need to bring a drink and a snack, hat and sunscreen as sessions will be outside – regular breaks will be taken in the shade.

 

?VOLLEYBALL SUMMER CAMP?

Open to School Years 6/7/8/9/10 ages 10-15.

Monday to Thursday at XIC Secondary school. Friday, sea based activity!

9am – midday

Monday 27th June – Friday 1st July.

Friday

Meet at the Arenal Beach – Volleyball nets
9.00am-1.00pm (** see below for details**)

Beach volleyball until 10.30 then a sea based activity led by Siesta Advisor
(please note children will have to make a short walk to the activity location but will be fully supervised, we will advise you more once we know exact details – if your child does not want to take part in the water activity you will need to collect them at 10.45am).

Cost for the Volleyball week is 110€

(An additional 20€ will be payable for the optional Siesta Advisor activity on Friday – payment for this will be collected during the Volleyball week, do not pay this when booking).

Children need to bring a drink and a snack, hat and sunscreen as sessions will be outside – regular breaks will be taken in the shade.

If children take part in the Friday activity they need to bring lunch with them as well.

Please make FULL payment for the activity via bank transfer to the following school account,

When making payment please put your child’s name / Year group / activity as. reference, for example, LIZZYSMITH / YR9 / VOLLEYBALLCAMP

When you make the payment please also email XICextra@xabiainternationalcollege.com with a copy of the payment information so your child can be added to the register otherwise your child will not be registered.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR CHILD’S SPACE.

How to Book

In order to secure your child’s space you need to make the full payment

or

Pay 100€ as a deposit which is non-returnable for each booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid by 10th June otherwise your child’s place may be withdrawn or offered to anyone on the reserve list.

When making payment please put your child’s name/yeargroup/summer activity as the payment reference for example LIZZYSMITH/Year 3/SUMMER ACTIVITY

When you have made the payment please also email xicextra@xabiainternationalcollege.com with the following child information

Name of child, Identification number either NIE or Passport, Year group of child and date of birth, state which weeks you have booked, emergency contact details and any medical information we need to know.

Example LIZZY SMITH, NIE 98767674, year 3, Summer fun weeks 11-15 and 18-22 July, contact number 67896789, no medical issues.
